This is a very interesting and inexpensive property located in a village with one of the oldest monasteries in Europe. The village is located only several km from a motorway and 1,5 km from another motorway which goes down to Turkey and Greece.

The property ia made out of stone and brick. There is a specious basement.

The main floor has a central corridor with four rooms off of it. There is also an annex to the house.

This property has an excellent location and it very close to a river. The fence is made out of stone, but it needs repairs.

The village centre is 2 minutes walk. The closest town is Dimitorvgrad, which offers schools, shops, medical centres, cinemas, big market on weekend etc.
