Old village house on a main road, 1200 sq.m. garden, Sofia Area, 6 km to golf-course

Located in a beautiful mountain village in Sofia Province the property is just 6 km to Pravets Golf & Spa and 60 km to Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick-built and has a living area of 80 sq.m. distributed over one floor. The property has electricity. Water is not available, but it can easily be connected. The building is old and needs repairs. The garden size is 1200 sq.m. with plenty of greenery and various fruit trees. Here is also a parking space for a couple of cars. The garden is accessed directly from the main road. Small and shiny river is flowing just behind the house.
